World-class doubles action is not to be missed at the Delray Beach Open, coming Feb. 9-18 at the Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center. Two of the world’s Top 10 doubles players and the sixth-leading team will be in town, along with four of the world’s Top 20 singles players and legends of the game for the ATP Tour, ATP Champions Tour and Women’s Tennis Challenge events.
Unique and competitive amateur tennis events are held on the grounds of the event (ie Legends Clinic, ATP Doubles Pro-Am, Mega-Mixer, Kids Day & more).
The top doubles team in the field is Santiago Gonzalez and Neal Skupski. Currently ranked No. 8, Skupski was runner-up here in 2019, is a former doubles world No. 1 and current holder of the Wimbledon doubles crown. He is pairing with new partner Gonzalez, who last year, at the age of 40, reached his career-high ranking of No. 7 and won the two biggest titles of his career at the Masters 1000 events in Miami and Paris. He is currently ranked No. 9 and will turn 41 the week following the Delray Beach Open.
