The USTA today announced that Serena Williams andCarlos Alcaraz will compete in the 2026 US Open Mixed Doubles Championship Presented by Vital Proteins®. Williams and Alcaraz are joined by Karolina Muchova and Jakub
Mensik and Emma Navarro and Tommy Paul as recipients of the final three wild cardentries into the Mixed Doubles Main Draw, which begins Tuesday, August 25, at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
This will mark Williams’ competitive return to the US Open, where she last played in 2022. The 23-time Grand Slam and six-time US Open singles champion won the US Open Mixed Doubles title in 1998, with Max Mirnyi.
