ATP 250 BUCHAREST
Argentine Sebastián Báez lost the final of the ATP 250 in Bucharest this Sunday, played on clay, falling to Italian Flavio Cobolli 6-2, 6-2 in an hour and 23 minutes of play.
After winning the title earlier this year in Rio de Janeiro, Báez was aiming for his second trophy of the season in what was already his third final—an achievement he shares only with Canadian Félix Auger-Aliassime so far in the 2025 season. No other player on the tour has reached as many finals this year, a clear sign of the strong form and consistency Báez has shown throughout the season.
